Where are the tees made?

Nicaragua and China.

What sourcing standards separates Tee Haus from others?

Tee Haus Company has partnered with multiple vendors to provide a vast selection of high-quality options. We are dedicated to a standard of superiority in all facets of our business and require ethical and responsible conduct in our operations and those of our business partners, which is why all of our products are sourced from Fair Labor and/or WRAP certified manufacturers. Tee Haus Company is committed to sourcing from partners that do not use child labor, involuntary labor, or any environment of harassment; They must comply with wage and hour laws and regulations.

What is my size?

Our ultra-soft shirts fit true to size, but you can also use our height and weight chart to find your best fit. If you don’t like the tailored fit and we get the size wrong on the first order, no sweat: We will happily help you out with an easy free exchange or return.

Don’t like shrinkage?

Neither do we. We have intentionally partnered with vendors that use preshrunk fabric. However, depending on wash, our shirts may shrink a touch: ¼-½ inch. In order to avoid shrinkage, we recommend following our wash instructions.

How do I wash the tees?

All tees should be washed with cold water only and tumble dry low.

Our 100% cotton tees (long-sleeve and pocket tees) can shrink a little more due to the fact that they’re 100% cotton, so always wash with cold water and dry with little to no heat; Hang drying is best.

If you are concerned about your tees shrinking when you first order them, try washing one tee to see how it does before washing your other Tee Haus tees. Any washed or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Be sure not to overload your washer or dryer, that can cause piling and fading and is not good for any of your clothes.

How are the tees made?

Tee Haus Company tees are designed with attention to detail and made with a cotton/poly blend making them ultra-soft and comfortable.

We carry a variety of blends with the cotton/poly being our go-to option and what you’ll see in the majority of our 3-packs and 5-packs; Our long sleeve tee and our pocket tees are 100% cotton.

What is your take back program?

These shirts are made to last, but we all can all be a little rough and damage our clothing beyond the typical wear (we’re looking at you salsa-stain and DIY Dad who got too handsy with the staple gun). We invite our members participate in our take back program. We will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label and you can return dirty, used, and ripped tees in exchange for a discount on your next order.

We have partnered with an apparel recycling textile company that will filter through the returns, and good product will be sent overseas to clothe less-fortunate people in poverty-stricken countries. Proceeds from the apparel recycling company will be donated to the Jed Foundation. Bad product will be upcycled to avoid landfills.

Can anyone participate in your take back program?

Yes, everyone that orders from Tee Haus can participate in the take back program. Non-subscribers will have to pay for the shipping label to return them to our apparel recycling company.  For active subscribers we will provide a pre paid label to our apparel recycling program. We will offer the take back program during the month of September for a discount on your next order. #secondhandseptember

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Please email [email protected] with the exact changes right away, we will do our best to adjust orders immediately. Please note that Tee Haus Company cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been processed, but we will always try to accommodate our customers. Once the tees have shipped, we are not able to reroute or cancel an order.

Do you ship on Amazon?

No, we are currently not shipping on Amazon. The only place to buy our tees is directly through teehauscompany.com; Any products purchased elsewhere are not authorized and cannot be returned or exchanged with us.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards, but they are available for single orders and cannot be used toward annual or monthly memberships.

How does my membership work?

By becoming a member you get a 10% discount, free shipping, first access to new styles and colors and we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to participate in our take back program in September.

Do I have to be a member?

No. We have high-quality options for our members and for individual orders.

How do I become a Member?

To sign up for a membership just place an order for any of our subscribe and save options;  Members can change or cancel their membership anytime in your Tee Haus Company account. If you don’t want to become a member, browse around our shop.

How do I cancel a membership?

Members can cancel at anytime by logging to your teehauscompany.com account and following the cancellation steps prior to their monthly renewal date.

How do I change my membership?

To update your subscription: Need to change size, color or style let us know using the form below and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

How do I change my address on my membership?

To update your credit card information or your shipping address on your membership just log in to your account. If your renewal failed you will have to email [email protected] to reactivate and process your order.

Can I change my delivery schedule or skip a month?

Monthly members that need a breather from the tees and want to take some time off, no worries, we get it; Conversely, if you want to look good for an event and need to move up your ship date, we get it. You can adjust your delivery date or skip a month as needed, as long as it is done prior to your processing date.

What else does my membership do?

Having a blah day? Want to find some purpose in your life? Your membership is providing a 2% donation to the Jed Foundation. Members that are participating in our take-back program are aiding clothing the less fortunate and preventing goods from going into the landfills. The goods will be upcycled and recycled.

How do we decide our product drops?

To keep our valued members looking current and up to date we will select the most up to date fashion and surprise our members with something fresh. Quantities on our drops will be limited, with members having first access, so be ready to act fast if you want to get in on the newness.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. The shipping time frame is 4-7 business days from the ship date, with most tees arriving sooner.

During big drops and peak times, we may experience small delays in shipping, please be advised that our processing times during sales is likely to be 72 hours. If there are any issues with the shipping address entered at checkout there can be additional delays with your order.

Where do we ship?

We ship to any of the 50 US states, as well as APO & APE . We do not currently ship outside the US.

My order says delivered but I can’t find it?

Shoot…sounds like a disappointment. We’re here for you.

The first thing is to make sure that your shipping address is correct on your order, including your zip code.

If you can’t find your tees, email [email protected].

You must claim a missing order within 14 days from the delivery date, past that we will not be able to replace any orders.

Do you deliver to military bases?

Yes we deliver to all APO’s, APE’s and FPO’s. Please note the shipping time can vary with these addresses and may take longer to arrive.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns on any items that are unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with the packaging that they arrived in within 14 days from the delivery date. Any items that have been washed or worn are not accepted.

How to I start an exchange?

Stoked on the tees but got the wrong fit or feel like you need a different style? No worries. To exchange your order fill out the form below and we will get your shirts exchanged.

How long do returns take to process?

Once a return is received back at the warehouse it is checked-in and inspected to make sure the goods are unwashed and unworn. If the return is accepted, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Can I return or exchange washed tees?

Members can make room for new Tee Haus Tees each year during #secondhandseptmber in exchange for a discount on your next order. Members will be provided a pre-paid return label to our apparel recycling company for return. Non-members can return goods to our apparel recycling company but need to pay the frieght. Please provide your return label tracking number and once received by the apparel recycling company we will issue a discount code for a discount on your next order. You may not return washed tees prior to the #secondhandseptember window

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Please notify us of damages within two weeks by sending a picture tee to [email protected]. The damaged product will be replaced will if it is unwashed and unworn.
